The capacity limitation has been increase, and we are now opening registration for up to 175 attendees at this time.


We will be running three to four concurrent facilitated roundtable discussions during each session time.  Please click HERE for the complete list of roundtable topics.


We will follow the updated and current guidelines of both the state of Massachusetts and Holy Cross as they stand at the time that the event occurs in October.  At this time, per Holy Cross regulations, all attendees will be required to both indoor mask AND be vaccinated against COVID-19.  Additional safety protocols may include, but are not limited to: social distancing, capacity limitations, temperature checks and wellness screening questions.


Per updated COVID safety protocols handed down by Holy Cross, all attendees will be required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to attend our event.  You will be able to verify your vaccination status to NELA using an app or an electronic or physical copy of your CDC vaccination card.  NELA reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee who refuses to comply with the updated vaccine policy, and the attendee will not qualify for a refund.**


If you are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you stay home and contact us for a refund.

*Holy Cross has "confirmed" our requested date of Monday, October 18th.  If there is a COVID surge in the fall or Holy Cross or the state of Massachusetts bans indoor gatherings, we will change this to a virtual event and refund registrants the different.


**If you registered for the in-person event prior to announcement of the updated vaccine policy (September 20th), you may cancel and request a refund if prefer not to be vaccinated.
