Began my library career in 2008 after years in the Information Technical Services department at Yale University. My library career started as a Department Head for a Tech Services department, working on updating the technology, such as bringing in wireless, time management software, updating the website,
and joining social media, along with diving head first into cataloging and weeding projects. I became library director in West Haven in 2015. I've chaired a number of committees; such as the LION consortium's Bibliographic Committee from 2009-2015. Since 2015, I've chaired the LION consortium, FLAG (Fairfield Library Administrators Group), the local Rotary Club, and served as liasion to CLA for the Commission on Educational Technology (CET). The CET appointment for CLA showed me all the hard work that CLA accomplishes as an all volunteer organization. CT librarians are committed to ensuring our organization thrives and continues to help people in the CT library field.
